From the South (Wellfleet)

Head NORTH on Route 6 (main highway). Take a RIGHT at the PAMET ROADS exit on your right about one mile after the Truro Transfer Station (also on your right). Take a RIGHT off the exit. Take another RIGHT to go under the highway. Take a LEFT, then an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto DEPOT ROAD. Follow DEPOT ROAD, bear RIGHT at the fork. Road will end at PAMET HARBOR.

From the North (Provincetown)

Head SOUTH on Route 6 (main highway). Take a RIGHT at the PAMET ROADS exit on your right just after the Pamet Valley Liquor Store (also on your right). Take you FIRST LEFT onto DEPOT ROAD. Follow DEPOT ROAD, bear RIGHT at the fork. Road will end at PAMET HARBOR.
